Services
Newgen provides tools for vehicle financing, rental agreements, customer account management, and related communications. Specific loan, rental, and payment terms are governed by the applicable signed agreements between you, Newgen, and any dealership partners.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact information, including phone numbers used for account setup and notifications.
SMS communications
By providing a mobile number for account setup or notifications, you agree that Newgen and its service providers may send transactional SMS messages related to your account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, or use the services for unlawful purposes.
